Ceceil Velma Hartley Mitchell born July 23, 1932. On March 7, 2023, she transitioned to be with the Lord. Visitation and Services will be held on March 15, 2023, at Church of Christ, Slidell, Louisiana. Visitation is from 9am to 11am and Services will begin at 11am. Interment will be held at Dubuisson Cemetery, 34640 W. Dubuisson Road, Slidell, Louisiana. May the Lord strengthen and comfort the family during their time of bereavement.
