John Smoot born June 17, 1955.  On November 6, 2025, he transitioned to be with the Lord.  Visitation and Services will be held on November 15, 2025 at Mt. Olive AME Church, 2457 Second Street, Slidell, Louisiana.  Visitation is from 9am to 11am and Services begins at 11am.  Interment will be held at Slidell Memorial Cemetery, Daney Street, Slidell, Louisiana.  May the Lord strengthen and comfort the family during their time of bereavement.
