LeeRoy Kelly was born November 2, 1952 to the union of Myrtis and Fred Kelly, whom he was preceded in death by both parents Myrtis and Fred Kellly, nephew Aloney Limon Owens and both sides of grandparents; Howard and Clara (AKA "CD") Denise Kelly, Curtis and Annie Lee Jackson.

LeeRoy leaves to cherish his memories his son, Fred (Monique) McGowan; (4) sisters, Bernadine Kelly of Slidell, LA, Jerry Ann Wiley of Hammond, LA, Beverly (Willie) of Jackson, MS, Josephine (Howard) of Bogalusa, LA, (2) grandchildren, a host of step-grand children.  A host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-great nieces and nephews and friends.

A special friend Cuzn Howard Kelly, Johnnie Robertson and others that I don't know of, but, "We All Gonna Miss Him"
