Phyllis Ann Crawford born July 22, 1960. On May 14, 2022, she transitioned to be with the Lord. Visitation and Services will be held at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, Slidell, Louisiana on May 25, 2022. Visitation - 10am to 11am and Services - 11am. Interment will be held at Slidell Memorial Cemetery, Daney Street, Slidell, Louisiana. May the Lord strengthen and comfort the family during their time of bereavement.
