Theodore Smith, Jr. born July 13, 1948. On July 7, 2021, he transitioned to be with the Lord. Visitation and Services will be held at Freddie E. Doyle Funeral Home, July 9, 2021. Visitation-9-11am and Services at 11:00am. Burial will held at SE Veterans Cemetery, July 19, 2021 at 11:00am.
